Outlet systems

Lamella outlet system:

The lamella outlet is the oldest of the three types of outlet systems. It consists of several adjustable aluminium slats with a teardrop cross section. The direction of the outlet air jets can be individually directed by means of adjusting the angles of each slat seperately. A rectified, relatively non-turbulent air stream over the whole length of the installtion can be achieved. This outlet system is used in everday situations requiring a normal heating and screening effect.

New Jetflow outlet system:

This outlet system is made up of extruded aluminium sections. The Jetflow nozzle is a variation of the pressure chamber nozzle system of which the outstanding features are the evenly distributed airflow. In practise the Jetflow nozzle is availabel as a standard circulating air (SLW) or as reversed circulating air (ULW) model. We result a lot of facilities because of asymmetric adjustment of profiles:

* Energy saving possible right up to 40%
* Low sound level
* Optimized shielding
* Longer air stream and stabilised air values
* Cross-section of nozzle adjusts outlet angle
* Easy adjustment of outlet angle

The Coanvara Jet :

The Coanvara-Flow outlet system is a recently nozzle type of the firm TEKADOOR. The mutiple nozzle system consists of optimised dovetail shaped aluminium profiles. Here the outlet angle can be adjusted in parallel by up to 40° in both directions. Thanks to the Coanda effect the individual jets of air are combined into a single wide air stream. It is almost as if the individual jets and profile sections are unified to produce this extra wide air stream. The long, especially selected profiles act as rectifiers and thanks to the back pressure created in the pressure chamber a homogeneous air stream is generated.

The synergy of these and other features of the Coanvara nozzle lead to powerful multiple nozzle jets with a high degree of screening as well as an effective heating effect. The whole air stream can carry the selected initial temperature effect over long distances, and will reach the floor area while still at room temperature, which avoids cooling down the interior spaces.
